Alumni Vision, Mission and Values
Our vision, mission and values give our alumni a shared purpose and direction, connected to the mana of Apii Te Uki Ou. Our vision reminds us where we are heading - together. Our mission puts that vision into action: connect, celebrate and contribute. Our values guide how we care for one another, honour our history and give back.
Together, they help us carry the school’s legacy forward while uplifting the new generation.

Tātou ki Mua - Together we move forward carries the school’s founding vision ‘Akara ki mua’ - into a new generation.
While Te Uki Ou continues to prepare every child for the world ahead, the Alumni brings past and present generations together to share stories, inspire lifelong learning and create opportunities for those who follow.

We preserve and share the stories of Te Uki Ou’s humble beginnings and celebrate how far our people have come.
